• Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Advise business team on contract matters and compliance policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Positive mentality and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Located in Ontario and called to the bar in Ontario.
