Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the building products industry, preferably adhesives.
• Strong strategic leadership and negotiation skills.
• Advanced business and financial acumen.
• Experience with distributor channels in building products.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to travel (60%).
