Avery Dennison is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead Taylor Adhesives, a flagship brand within our North American Materials Group. This role is designed for a commercial strategist who thrives in complex distribution channels and technical product innovation.

• Lead Taylor Adhesives growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the building products industry, preferably in Adhesives and Flooring.
• Strong experience in strategic leadership and contract negotiation.
• Advanced business and financial acumen.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to convey information concisely.
