Overview

As a Sales Director at Voyantic, you will lead efforts in the North American market, driving strategic sales growth and expanding our presence across the region.

In Short

  • Drive quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing a regional sales strategy.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, preparing quotations and directing product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate regional sales forecasts and manage the opportunity pipeline.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in North America.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Support cross-regional sales efforts with other Sales Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Expand industry network to identify new partners.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and events for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in consultative technical system sales.
  • An MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successful business sales in North America.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation.
  • Ability to learn and master RFID technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
