Overview

The Chief of Staff supporting the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) is a strategic, high-visibility role accountable for driving customer-centric excellence across the organization. This leader ensures alignment, execution, and performance across all customer-facing functions.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions.
  • Experience with project portfolio tools (Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Analytical orientation with a focus on customer impact.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive decisive action in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and consulting is a plus.
