• Provide resolution to complex client issues in healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a support role within the healthcare sector.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EDI transactions and X12.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• B2B experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Power BI, and Excel is preferred.
