• Build FHIR messaging software for Availity’s authorization products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing Java software.
• Experience working on self-organizing teams.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and SQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SOLID OO design principles.
• Experience implementing unit and integration tests.
• High comfort level with distributed source control tools like Gitlab.
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
• Willingness to take on complex projects with many unknowns.
