Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare or IT project implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in healthcare industry data organizations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proven track record in managing complex initiatives.
• PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
