Overview

The Service Delivery Manager at Sabio Group is responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of managed service customers, ensuring contractual delivery and measurable value realization through outcome-based services.

  • Participate in vendor and operational risk management.
  • Produce executive-ready service reporting.
  • Support renewal readiness without owning commercial negotiation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Service Management.
  • Experience managing vendors and service delivery partners.
  • Proactive mindset for process building and improvement.
  • Ability to manage major incidents under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Technology.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification required.
  • Master’s degree is desirable.
