In Short

Join a fast-growing organization dedicated to customer experience transformation.
Work with a high skilled team deploying and maintaining Genesys IVR and omni-channel solutions.
Design and build multi-country projects based on Genesys Cloud.
Integrate various CRM solutions and call recording systems.
Engage in flow design and report generation.
Utilize Genesys Cloud tools for configuration and routing.
Work on digital channels including email and chat integration.
Fluency in Spanish is required.

Requirements

Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX tools and modules.
Experience with telephony, scripting, and flow design.
Ability to integrate with external systems via web services.
Experience with real-time reporting and digital channels.
Spanish fluency both written and spoken.
Certifications in Genesys Cloud are a plus.
Knowledge of software programming languages such as C, Java, and JavaScript.
Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Experience working on projects and in support roles.
