Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in complex contact center environments.
• 3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in developing routing and IVR workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to customer experience technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of SIP infrastructure and communication networks.
