AI Experience & Performance Consultant - Remote

Overview

The AI Experience & Performance Consultant applies deep User Experience expertise to ensure that AI Agents are designed, built, and continuously optimised to deliver high-quality, user-centred interactions. This role is accountable for the performance, commercial value, and lifecycle health of AI Agent deployments.

In Short

• Interpret user research and customer journey mapping to guide improvements.
• Create and review conversational designs for AI Agents.
• Monitor KPIs and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Own financial outcomes for AI deployments including forecasting and ROI.
• Translate insights into prioritised requirements and roadmap plans.
• Act as senior owner for AI Agent deployments and provide updates.
• Quantify operational benefits and track expected vs realised benefits.
• Lead UX best-practice standards and user-centred methodology.
• Manage performance and continuous improvement of AI implementations.
• Consult on UX aspects of conversational flow architecture.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with AI models and NLP technologies.
• Strong practical experience in Conversational Design.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in User Centred Design approaches.
• Understanding of systems architectures and automation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Conversational AI Platforms is a plus.
• Line management experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
