Trainee Genesys Cloud Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Trainee Genesys Cloud PS Consultant to join our team and grow with us. This position offers a multi-tiered training approach built around on-the-job learning.

In Short

• Support the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud delivery projects.
• Assist in modifying Genesys system configurations based on business requirements.
• Participate in the analysis of complex technical and business issues.
• Help establish and maintain technical architectures.
• Contribute to the Genesys contact center switchover to production.
• Basic knowledge of software development and cloud computing concepts.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Requirements

• Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service processes is a plus.
• Programming certification is a plus.
