Overview

The VP of Customer Success at First Advantage is responsible for developing strategies to retain and grow existing business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a high-functioning team in a global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in Account Management.
  • 5+ years in organizational leadership.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in a virtual work environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage during organizational change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
