Overview

The VP of Customer Success at Artisan will oversee customer satisfaction, retention, account management, and enhance customer experience while managing and expanding the Customer Success team.

In Short

  • Scale the Customer Success organization to hundreds of people.
  • Own the Onboarding, Success, Support & AM functions.
  • Develop the CS org structure for a complex product framework.
  • Manage CS KPIs including NPS, NDR, Churn, CSAT & TTV.
  • Collaborate with Sales to optimize user success.
  • Ensure ongoing Learning & Development for the CS team.
  • Build scalable processes to maximize rep time value.
  • Work with Product to automate onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Develop Artisan University for user education.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous CCO/VP of Customer Success experience.
  • Willingness to work hard and execute the mission.
  • Excitement about Artisan's vision.
  • Willingness to work in-office in Russian Hill.
