The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and scaling customer success teams, fostering a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • 8–11 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, MySQL, and database technologies.
  • Experience in leading and scaling customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
