In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team.
  • Establish and refine scalable processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Act as a key escalation point for high-stakes customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee customer accounts and manage customer P&Ls.
  • Accountable for customer retention and managing GRR.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or related field.
  • 7 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Success in building and scaling customer success teams in HealthTech.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Experience with customer success operations, Salesforce preferred.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen.
  • Technical proficiency to discuss solutions with stakeholders.
