  • Seeking an experienced Head of Customer Success to lead global customer success organisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with leadership experience in SaaS or B2B.
  • Proven strategic leader with experience in customer success strategies.
  • Strong customer advocate with understanding of customer journey mapping.
  • Data-driven and analytical with proficiency in CS tools.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.
  • Collaborative leader with success in cross-functional work.
  • Change management expertise in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric and results-oriented with a track record of enhancing customer value.
