This is a remote role as long as you reside in Poland.

In Short

  • You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering AI-powered product experiences - from idea to deployment.
  • Architect and implement agentic systems that can reason, act, and adapt across dynamic workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leads to build customer-facing AI features.
  • Build modular, composable components for AI workflow orchestration.
  • Work across our stack, contributing to AI integration points in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • Build scalable APIs and data pipelines to support prompt engineering, agent memory, vector search, and long-running tasks.
  • Champion pragmatic, customer-centric engineering.
  • Mentor fellow engineers and act as a strategic technical partner for AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building production grade agentic systems or complex AI workflows.
  • Solid experience in JavaScript / Node.js and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of data storage technologies.
  • Familiarity with workflow and automation platforms.
  • Comfort designing and integrating with complex APIs and third-party services.
  • A product mindset.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical direction.
