Teamwork.com is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to bridge the gap between product engineering teams and data infrastructure, ensuring long-term performance, reliability, and analytical value of data systems.

• Remote role based in Poland.
• Act as the primary data gatekeeper between product teams and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of complex SQL experience.
• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of database internals.
• Experience with cloud-based data services.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and caching.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to mentor others.
