Overview

The Head of Customer Success will lead and scale our Customer Success organization, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the Interface platform while driving retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

In Short

  • Lead the onboarding process for customers.
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy.
  • Create structured playbooks for onboarding and adoption.
  • Identify customer value opportunities.
  • Build frameworks to improve customer engagement.
  • Establish processes for operational efficiency.
  • Develop customer health metrics and risk assessment models.
  • Partner with Sales for upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Build and mentor a Customer Success team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with AI-powered technologies is a plus.
  • Proven track record in SaaS customer success organizations.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
