Head of AI - Remote

Overview

As the Head of AI, you will lead the charge in architecting, scaling, and evolving the core AI systems powering Ava and future Artisans, combining hands-on engineering, strategic vision, and team building.

• Define and lead the technical roadmap for all AI initiatives.
• Build and scale a world-class team of ML and applied AI engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ML/AI, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep experience working with LLMs in production.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python.
• Proven success building real-world AI applications.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
