Overview

As an Applied AI Engineer at Artisan, you'll be at the forefront of building autonomous software agents that enhance outbound sales through AI technology.

• Work on building core intelligence for the AI employee, Ava.
• Develop agentic infrastructure including memory systems and planning modules.
• Create integrations with third-party systems for seamless functionality.
• Design reinforcement loops and behavior tuning systems.

• 3–5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering required.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python are essential.
