Overview

Availity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the Users and Organizations product platform capabilities that enable secure use of the Availity platform, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for user and organizational management.

• Lead product development across user lifecycle management and security features.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Product Management.
• 3–5+ years leading product managers.
• Experience with Platform Security products.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in platform security and identity management.
• Proven experience designing API-first platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a bias toward scalable solutions.
• Influential leader and clear communicator.
• Data-driven decision maker.
