Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the success of the sales team by collaborating with Sales leadership to set sales goals, projections, processes, and ensuring systems and tools maximize sales team productivity and effectiveness.

In Short

  • Oversee planning, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to set goals and projections.
  • Track long term sales data and respond to trends.
  • Analyze sales department KPIs to drive performance.
  • Recommend solutions for optimal performance of sales organization.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting and metrics development.
  • Monitor sales organization efforts for improvements.
  • Ensure Salesforce tracks data optimally for analysis.
  • Produce reports as requested by management.
  • Assist with logistics including scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience managing others preferred.
  • Working experience in Google Suite and Office Suite.
  • Understanding of Salesforce functionality and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client centric focus and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under constant deadlines.
