Overview

The Sales Operations Manager drives operational excellence across the sales organization by optimizing systems, processes, reporting, and analytics. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision making.

In Short

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting processes and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • Responsible for the administration and optimization of CRM systems.
  • Evaluate and improve sales workflows and operational processes.
  • Reconcile revenue sources and monitor sales-related expenses.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Enablement.
  • Manage operational documentation and reporting requests.
  • Provide training and enablement for effective system utilization.
  • Support special initiatives and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience managing others is preferred.
  • Experience in administering CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into operational solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong client-centric focus.
  • Must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
