Overview

As a strategic sales leader with deep experience in OEM partnerships, you will drive revenue growth, negotiate complex contracts, and manage high-level relationships in the trucking industry.

In Short

  • Lead OEM sales efforts and expand market presence.
  • Oversee pricing, contract administration, and partnerships with truck and trailer OEMs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product strategy teams.
  • Articulate fuel efficiency and emissions reduction benefits to OEMs.
  • Negotiate supply agreements and pricing strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Engage with fleets and dealers to understand product use cases.
  • Ensure product availability for electric and alternative fuel vehicles.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Extensive sales experience with complex sales cycles in the Class 8 truck OEM sector.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable sales strategies.
