In Short

• Part-time position (30 hours per week)
• Shifts available: 1 PM - 7 PM or 2 PM - 8 PM (Monday-Friday Central Time)
• Remote work opportunity
• Responsible for preparing mortgage-related documents
• Expertise in VA, FHA, and Conventional loan types required
• Review, prepare, and audit mortgage loan closing documents
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Provide guidance on loan documents and closing instructions
• Collaborate with team members and clients

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision
• Experience in mortgage document preparation or related field
• Understanding of Texas mortgage laws
• Familiarity with Loan Operating Systems, preferably IDS
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys
• TRID and Construction experience is a plus
