In Short

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of mortgage-related documents.
  • Review, prepare, and audit mortgage loan closing documents.
  • Provide expert guidance on loan documents and closing instructions.
  • Navigate various loan types including VA, FHA, and Conventional.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to precision.
  • Experience in mortgage document preparation or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Loan Operating Systems, preferably IDS.
  • Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys.
