Overview

As the EVP of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO, Founder, and senior leadership team to shape product roadmaps, refine go-to-market strategies, and build brand value.

In Short

  • Drive sales growth and marketing strategies for a leading manufacturer.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product plans.
  • Evaluate sales and marketing audiences and messages.
  • Organize and oversee the entire sales function.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental ISO standards.
  • Lead strategic direction for selling to OEMs and fleets.
  • Develop and execute a marketing enhancement plan.
  • Monitor and coach the sales organization’s performance.
  • Build brand presence and value in the marketplace.
  • Significant travel required to the Austin, TX area.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a collaborative senior executive.
  • Experience in leading sales organizations.
  • Strong foundation in product and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the Class 8 Truck market is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
  • Experience working with large clients and dealers.
  • Background in ROI selling of aftermarket products.
  • Proven success in structuring sales quota goals.
  • Experience in similarly-sized, private equity-backed companies is a plus.
