In Short

  • Responsible for building and executing a scalable marketing strategy.
  • Oversee product marketing, demand generation, brand strategy, and marketing operations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs.
  • Own product marketing strategy and develop buyer personas.
  • Optimize lead nurturing and scoring models.
  • Establish KPIs to track effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer behavior shifts.
  • 10-15% travel required for meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B.
  • Proven experience balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience leading marketing at a high-growth tech company.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience in K-12, EdTech, or B2B SaaS marketing preferred.
