Vice President of Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Marketing at Eleanor Health is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and efforts to achieve revenue and new membership goals.

In Short

• Develop an annual marketing plan and budget to deliver on new membership targets.
• Lead direct to consumer marketing including website/SEO and paid advertising.
• Manage outreach marketing to prospective members using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Report on KPI performance for marketing campaigns.
• Develop a strong brand through branding and external communication efforts.
• Create marketing collateral for referral specialists and partners.
• Lead Member Experience and NPS activities.
• Manage the marketing team and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing with 5+ years managing teams.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in developing creative briefs and marketing collateral.
• Experience in successful marketing campaigns and test-and-learn plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
