• Develop the vision, strategy, and team to fuel Clever’s growth as a widely adopted and loved global brand in education.
• Drive go-to-market and competitive strategy based on customer and market insights, inspiring our team to conceive and tackle big ideas.
• As a strong storyteller, develop narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences.
• Drive commercial success and delight customers by working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Understand customer problems, build compelling value propositions for our platform, and design a customer journey to grow and retain revenue.
• Maintain a rigorous operating rhythm and standard of excellence; take a metrics-driven approach, adjust strategies based on what’s working and not working.
• Inspire, coach, and develop our high-performing marketing team and create an environment encouraging personal growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience with a history of success building, launching and scaling SaaS products and businesses.
• Managing a multi-function marketing team with 7+ years of overall management experience.
• You’re a storyteller who makes data-driven decisions and seeks customer insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of education technology and market dynamics.
