In Short

• Serve as a key 'second-in-command' for the legal function at Clever.
• Lead international expansion and manage global privacy and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Product, and Sales.
• Review new product features for compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Provide legal support to account executives managing global client relationships.
• Maintain internal data mappings and risk assessments.
• Launch risk assessments for AI product features.
• Teach best practices around privacy compliance.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Foster a compliance culture at Clever.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in privacy and product counseling.
• 2+ years supporting corporate and contracting matters outside the U.S.
• Proven ability to manage complex compliance programs.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
