In Short

• Lead all aspects of Clever’s business operations, from strategic planning to streamlining team processes.
• Build and develop a small team of Business Operations Managers.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to drive operational initiatives.
• Drive Clever’s strategic planning process and support functional leaders.
• Develop and execute on Clever’s operational strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with the Head of Business Analytics to optimize corporate reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operations teams in a B2B technology company.
• Strong functional expertise in business operations and scaling.
• Ability to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to translate business priorities into operational strategies.
• Experience with corporate development/M&A is a plus.
