GoodParty.org is seeking a driven, analytical Director of Business Operations to design and optimize systems, manage finance, lead goal-setting processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a remote setting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business operations or related roles.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Results-driven approach to project management.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with the OKR framework.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work across various functions.
• Proficient in creating polished presentations.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Bonus: MBA or experience in political activism.
