In Short

• Support local and state candidates and their volunteers.
• Work directly with candidates providing hands-on coaching and training.
• Assess needs and diagnose challenges for campaign support.
• Deliver training on campaign strategy and voter outreach.
• Develop training materials like toolkits and guides.
• Implement voter contact strategies such as phone banking.
• Provide real-time campaign troubleshooting.
• Track and analyze engagement data.
• Build a leadership pipeline among volunteers.
• Collaborate with the Mobilization Team to enhance the volunteer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in field organizing or political campaign operations.
• Strategic leader with experience in high-autonomy roles.
• Strong training and facilitation skills in virtual environments.
