Overview

GoodParty.org is looking for an innovative Growth Marketer (Contractor) with 3+ years experience who’s ready to run experiments and build a learning machine to disrupt the status quo in American politics.

In Short

• Develop and execute agile demand generation campaigns to expand GoodParty.org’s audience.
• Identify and test new channels to attract empowered candidates, community members, and subscribers.
• Collaborate with the design team to optimize landing pages and marketing assets.
• Conduct multivariate ad testing, optimizing messaging and creatives based on data-driven insights.
• Track and report key performance metrics, sharing successes and learnings.
• Manage HubSpot marketing operations, including campaigns and automation.
• Maintain and improve analytics infrastructure across various tools.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Marketing Coordinator.
• Learn from and collaborate with the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

• Passionate about transforming democracy.
• Experienced in AI-driven marketing strategies and automation.
• Proficient in HubSpot campaign management.
• Data-driven growth marketer with analytical skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing.
• Background in a quantitative field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Proven ability to market from scratch and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced user of analytics tools like Google Analytics and VWO.
• Highly organized and methodical.
