Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with a strong focus on customer acquisition (Ads & Content) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

In Short

• Manage paid acquisition channels and organic content strategies.
• Develop and execute content strategies for ad campaigns and email marketing.
• Continuously optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Use marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
• Utilize JSON & Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• 3-7 years of experience in growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and run A/B testing.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in growth marketing.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition and CRO.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and copywriting.
• Expertise in Make.com and Zapier.
• Working knowledge of JSON & Python.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing.
