Overview

As the first Growth Marketer at AirGarage, you will be responsible for executing and experimenting with strategies to engage and acquire real estate owners and property managers at scale.

• Own and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting property owners.
• Drive SEO strategy and execution for high-intent searches.
• Continuously run growth experiments across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and founders to ensure marketing efforts translate into business impact.
• Develop content for industry newsletters.

• Strong communication skills for crafting persuasive messages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing Google Ads.
• Experience with SEO strategy and execution.
• A track record of experimentation and measuring results.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
• Experience managing newsletters and email marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously without a predefined playbook.
