Overview

As the Growth Marketer, you’ll be a part of a tight knit team working closely with our GTM and Leadership teams, responsible for building and managing lead generation pipeline strategies.

In Short

Serve as a strategic thought leader in pipeline generation initiatives.
Develop account based marketing strategies and design campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels.
Work closely with sales to refine lead scoring and improve processes.
Collaborate with GTM and product marketing teams to create engaging content.
Optimize growth/marketing tech stack, including CRM and other tools.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
2+ years of experience in account-based marketing.
Expert in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Proficient in AI-focused tooling and demand generation strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
