Requirements

• 7+ years in business operations or program management.
• Proven record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation technologies.
• Experience in high-growth or mission-driven organizations.
• Ability to manage change initiatives effectively.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
