In Short

• Lead online class sessions of approximately 100-500 college students
• Plan for engaging lessons using CodePath curriculum
• Ensure the course meets program KPIs while integrating student feedback
• Work with the Program Manager and co-instructors
• Participate in onboarding and check-ins with instructors
• Implement course improvements based on feedback
• Availability during listed course hours
• 3+ years of full-time working experience in software development
• Strong understanding of iOS technologies and development
• Exceptional professional habits in a part-time setting

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Swift
• Experience in audience engagement and Zoom classroom administration
• Passion for training the next generation of developers
• Instructional experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining organization
