In Short

• Lead online class sessions of approximately 100-500 college students
• Review course material and plan for lessons to be highly engaging and industry relevant
• Work with the Program Manager to oversee the course
• Participate in syncs with instructors and teaching assistants
• Use course feedback to implement improvements
• Ensure course meets program KPIs
• Coordinate with co-instructors and teaching assistants
• Be available during the Fall Academic Term
• Provide feedback to instructors
• Engage with students from underrepresented groups

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time working experience in software development
• Strong understanding of Android technologies and development
• Strong familiarity with Kotlin
• Experience in audience engagement and Zoom classroom administration
• Passion for training the next generation of developers
• Exceptional professional habits in a fast-paced setting
• Experience teaching in educational settings preferred
• Ability to work through shifting priorities
• Availability during listed course hours
