Lead Android Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Lead Android Developer to strengthen our Mobile Factory in Nantes, responsible for developing Android applications and coordinating developer teams.

In Short

• Develop Android applications.
• Decide on technical directions for client solutions.
• Coordinate teams of developers.
• Ensure skill development for less experienced profiles.
• Contribute to pre-sales documentation: estimation, technical architecture definition, etc.
• Participate in the technical community (technology watch, workshop facilitation, inter-Business Unit sharing, etc.).
• Work on cross-platform applications (React Native, Flutter) as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science (Bac+4/5) with at least 4 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of the Android ecosystem (Java, Kotlin).
• Familiarity with cross-platform technology is ideal.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and willing to invest in the entity (meetups, mentoring developers, etc.).
