The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our market presence and build our brand.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers, partners, and media.
  • Oversee public relations efforts and manage media relations to enhance company and brand visibility.
  • Act as the company's spokesperson when required, representing the brand in public forums, media interviews, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Currently located in the New York or DC Metro Area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on brand marketing, public relations, and building high performance marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience in SaaS companies with rapid growth and private equity or venture capital ownership.
  • Experience in legal technology software industry is a plus.
