Overview

The Financial Application Specialist is the primary service contact assisting customers to effectively utilize Elite 3E software to meet their firm’s business objectives. This role provides technical consultative Application Support for Elite’s 3E product in a project-based environment.

In Short

  • Assist customers in utilizing Elite 3E software.
  • Provide technical support in a non-call center environment.
  • Document service requests and challenges effectively.
  • Use remote access utilities for troubleshooting.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout service requests.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop SQL skills for troubleshooting and data mining.
  • Adhere to accounting best practices for clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in software environment.
  • Acquire knowledge of Elite’s software and cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical, financial, or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in legal finance or professional services is a plus.
  • Elite software experience is beneficial.
  • Experience as a technical support engineer for SaaS is preferred.
