Overview

The Application Support Analyst will provide advanced support and consultancy for Experian Clients, ensuring systems are available and performing as required while investigating and resolving complex production issues.

In Short

  • Provide advanced support and consultancy for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure system availability and performance.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
  • Deliver documented resolutions of incidents.
  • Communicate status and progress of investigations to stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to prevent incidents.
  • Prioritize incidents based on client feedback.
  • Escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Implement changes into live environments.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in a numeric field.
  • 3+ years of application/customer support experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Red Hat Linux configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of ITIL terminology.
  • Proficiency in writing reports and presenting technical work.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with external interface connectivity software.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible/Bash.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud platform.
