Overview

As an Associate Client Success Manager (ACSM), you will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of small districts through both relationship management and project execution, helping districts get started with Panorama and delivering an excellent client experience.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for a large portfolio of partners.
  • Support renewals by tracking contract timelines and managing documentation.
  • Build trust through responsive communication.
  • Lead districts through Panorama’s survey process.
  • Help new clients onboard and understand Panorama tools.
  • Track important milestones and maintain client information.
  • Support product adoption with best practices and documentation.
  • Educate clients on self-service tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience.
  • Document activity and monitor engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Track record of renewing accounts and building client relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Ability to prioritize competing client requests and deadlines.
  • Eager to learn and solve problems.
  • Strong interest in K-12 education technology.
