Overview

The Associate Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship manager between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.

In Short

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Provide minimum number of “Client Touches” for exceptional customer experience.
  • Present and demonstrate products to maximize customer experience.
  • Collaborate internally to address software performance issues.
  • Maintain client renewal rates and address exit strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues through inbound calls.
  • Identify and escalate sales opportunities within existing clients.
  • Participate in kick-off calls for account transitions.
  • Conduct customer care calls to build client relations.
  • Identify at-risk clients and orchestrate Improvement Plans.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of client success/account management experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organization levels.
  • Professional and patient approach to tasks.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
